As an entrepreneur, Artturi has raised VC funding for several startups and also made a handful of business angel investments. As a co-founder and General Partner, Artturi has 20 years of experience in transatlantic VC, and has learned about +10,000 deals, made 25 positions and a dozen exits on the US market.
Nurmio has nearly two decades of experience in investing in venture capital and private equity funds. Through MBO, he is one of the founders of Armada Mezzanine Capital and managing €260 million investment assets. He is responsible for raising three mezzanine funds. Nurmio has made investments mainly with debt instruments to buy-out arrangements in all Nordic countries. Nurmio left Armada at the end of 2017 during the change of generation.

Timo has a long experience of media and technology business as an entrepreneur, salary manager and consultant. Timo founded Finland's first e-learning company Brainware during his studies in 1984. After selling the company, he served as Sales Manager at Apple and as a member of the Executive Management Team of Digital Services at Edita. Timo founded a consultancy company Digital Media Finland in the early 2000s and together with its partners, developed the company into a leading company of providing services specialized in media.
