Legal Committee<\/h2>\n

The Legal Committee supports the association and the VC & PE industry in developing a legislatively favorable and competitive operating environment, as well as in establishing the position of private equity as an ethically high-standard and professional investment asset class. The Legal working group monitors and promotes nationally and internationally significant legislative initiatives, regulatory requirements, and self-regulation guidelines relevant to the industry.<\/p>\n

Sustainable Finance Committee<\/h2>\n

The Sustainable Finance Committee monitors the development of the EU’s sustainable finance regulatory framework and prepares summaries of the regulatory impacts on the VC&PE industry for the association’s members. The committee also prepares the association’s training offerings on the regulatory framework. The working group operates on an ad hoc basis.<\/p>\n
