Gorilla Capital invests in Konvolo

News

Gorilla Capital Fund III has made its 42nd investment in Konvolo — a company replacing outdated surveys with scalable AI-led customer interviews.

Introducing Konvolo

Konvolo gives product and customer teams a new way to understand their users. Instead of relying on static surveys designed decades ago, organisations can run adaptive AI-interviews directly inside their product — through text, voice, or video. Konvolo’s interview engine asks follow-up questions, digs deeper, and uncovers the “why” behind customer behaviour. Insights are synthesised automatically and turned into clear themes that teams can act on.

For most companies, customer understanding is becoming a strategic bottleneck. Product cycles are faster, competition is global, and feature sets can be copied quickly. What cannot be copied is deep, real-time insight into user needs. Konvolo turns qualitative research into a repeatable, scalable process — one that runs continuously, not once a quarter.

The new funding will help Konvolo strengthen its AI-interview engine, expand product capabilities, and build repeatable go-to-market motions for Nordic and European customers.

“Products are easier than ever to copy — but deep customer understanding cannot be copied. Yet many teams still rely on static surveys built for another era. We replace those with scalable AI-led interviews that reveal what customers actually think and why. This investment helps us bring that capability to more organisations.”
– Gustav Björklund, co-founder & CEO of Konvolo

“What stood out to us is Konvolo’s practical and disciplined approach. Companies don’t need more dashboards — they need deeper insight. Konvolo has found a capital-efficient way to bring high-quality qualitative research to teams at scale. They focus on what works, build step by step, and validate before expanding. That’s the kind of foundation sustainable companies are built on.”
