Saari Partners’ involvement strengthens Wirmax’s ability to grow and modernize the building technology sector – while the company actively drives forward the green transition and energy efficiency in Finnish buildings.
Founded in 2007, Wirmax has steadily grown into a versatile building technology service partner. The company employs around 100 professionals, and its revenue in 2024 was EUR 15.1 million. Wirmax provides installation and maintenance services for HVAC, electrical, automation, and safety systems, and has in recent years expanded its expertise also into energy solutions and solar power.
The company’s growth has been accelerated by an active acquisition strategy. Wirmax has broadened its service offering through the integrations of Areste, Putkimaatti, Gane and Fiksusähkö. The goal is to build a modern, comprehensive building technology provider that develops its solutions closely in line with customer needs.
A key focus in Wirmax’s services is holistic problem-solving: the company aims to anticipate customer challenges and offer technology-driven solutions that enhance energy efficiency, safety, and the long-term value of buildings. This approach differentiates the company from many traditional operators and creates a foundation for the next wave of service innovations.
Wirmax’s growth is now further supported by Saari Partners, which has made an investment in the company and joins as a partner in its next development phase.
