Codento Oy, a Premier Partner for Google Cloud in the Service Engagement Model, is accelerating its expansion into Sweden and other Nordic countries with the support of private equity firm Saari Partners. In recent years, Codento has deepened its collaboration with Google Cloud and significantly developed its expertise in Google Cloud technologies. Codento’s growth strategy is driven by the increasing interest of Nordic client companies in Google Cloud and AI projects.
One of Finland’s fastest-growing IT consulting companies, Codento Oy, is currently expanding its operations to Sweden, with future plans to enter the Norwegian and Danish markets. Private equity firm Saari Partners is investing in Codento’s growth, becoming the majority owner. As part of the transaction, Codento’s leadership team members are strengthening their ownership in the company, and most of the current employee owners will continue as individual shareholders.
Codento Oy, offering a wide range of innovative AI, data, cloud and application development services, has over the past few years significantly developed its Google Cloud technology capabilities, establishing a strong position within the Google Cloud ecosystem. In recognition of these development efforts, the company was selected as the Google Cloud Services Partner of the Year for Finland in April, with the award ceremony held in Las Vegas.
The goal of Saari Partners and Codento is to accelerate the company’s growth and expansion as a Google Cloud partner for Nordic clients, not only organically but also through acquisitions. Codento employs 45 professionals and had a revenue of 5,3 million euros in 2023. The investor specializes in scaling service companies from 5 to 25 million euros.

Codento is currently deepening its collaboration with the local Google Cloud team in Sweden and is in discussions with dozens of potential client companies. The company is also evaluating potential acquisition targets in Sweden.
