MB Funds has sold TietoAkseli to ECIT

MB Funds together with other shareholders have sold TietoAkseli Group to ECIT, a Nordic provider of solutions within finance and accounting. TietoAkseli’s management and key personnel will remain as shareholders. 

TietoAkseli Group is a Finnish specialist providing financial administration and accounting, HR and payroll, auditing as well as transaction advisory services for small and medium sized companies and organizations. The company has annual revenue exceeding EUR 21 million and employs over 260 professionals across 11 locations in Finland.

MB Funds became the main owner of the company in 2021. During the ownership period of MB Funds, TietoAkseli’s net sales has more than doubled through acquisitions and organic growth. The company’s operations and corporate governance have been consistently developed during MB’s ownership.
