Gorilla Capital Fund III has made its 33rd investment in Virtual Days

News

Virtual Days helps employers run effective recruitment and employer-branding events fully online. The platform is built for scale, keeps the human connection at the center, and is already powering Sweden’s leading year-round virtual career arena.

The company also operates Virtual Career Days, which has rapidly grown into Sweden’s largest digital career event, giving students and recent graduates direct access to employers nationwide.

Virtual Days is a Microsoft partner with a listing on Azure Marketplace and an approved co-sell motion, strengthening distribution and credibility with enterprise buyers.

Co-founder & CEO Mattias Säker comments: “We’re thrilled to welcome Gorilla Capital as our partner on this journey. Virtual Recruitment – Human Connection. That’s been our north star from day one: a scalable platform that keeps people at the center. With Gorilla Capital—and the continued support of our existing investors—we’re taking measured steps in international expansion, building on the traction we already have in Sweden.”

Gorilla Capital Partner Petter Hattenbach adds, “Virtual Days puts recruitment where candidates already are—online—while keeping the experience human. The team has built pragmatically, close to customers, and shown early proof with Virtual Career Days. That camel-like approach is exactly what we back: real use, real customers, step-by-step expansion.”
