Juuri Partners exits Destaclean, a provider of comprehensive waste and environmental management services
Verdis Oy has acquired the entire share capital of Destaclean Oy, including 50 percent of the shares of Tehokierto Oy, through a share purchase agreement signed on 27 February 2026. The sellers were Juuri Rahasto I Ky, management and other individual shareholders.
Destaclean and Tehokierto offer comprehensive waste and environmental management services as well as materials recycling for customers in the construction, retail and industrial sectors. The companies have an extensive construction, demolition and industrial waste reception network along the Helsinki–Tampere corridor and have brought a customer-oriented full-service concept to the market.
Through the acquisition, Verdis Oy strengthens its service offering and competitiveness in the growing Helsinki–Tampere region and nationally. The companies’ employees will continue in their current positions.
