Gorilla Capital Fund III has made its 66th investment in PreMarket, a platform for the pre-market phase of real estate that connects sellers, buyers and agents before a property goes for sale.
Selling a home starts long before the listing. The seller is still weighing price and timing, hasn’t chosen an agent and may not have decided to sell at all. That early phase shapes how the sale goes, yet there has been no proper place for it. Listing portals start working only once a property is listed, and their pay-to-list model gives them little reason to serve what comes before.
PreMarket gives this phase a product of its own. Sellers get early market feedback, preliminary offers from agents and warm buyer leads, free of charge. Buyers get early access to homes that are about to come to market. Agents get a targeted way to reach motivated sellers, without cold calls or broad campaigns.
This means a seller can make better-informed decisions before committing, and in some cases a deal can happen before the property ever goes public.
Founded in 2026 in Espoo, PreMarket is proving its model in the Finnish market first.
“Every home sale begins long before the listing: before the seller has decided, before an agent is hired, before anyone else knows. That phase shapes the whole sale, yet it has never had a product of its own. With PreMarket, sellers can test the market early, agents compete with offers, and buyers can engage before a home goes public. We are proving the model in Finland first, and we have built it from day one with other markets in mind,” says Kaj Roos, CEO & Founder, PreMarket.
“At Gorilla, we look for teams that understand their market clearly and can learn directly from the people they serve. The PreMarket team has identified a phase that exists in every real estate market but has never been built into a product. Listing portals are poorly placed to serve it, because their pay-to-list model only starts once a property is listed. The task now is to prove the model step by step in Finland, with real sellers, buyers and agents. That kind of disciplined, focused building is how resilient companies are created,” says Sampo Parkkinen, Partner at Gorilla Capital.
