Gorilla Capital invests in Reviful

Gorilla Capital Fund III has made its 57th investment in Reviful — a software platform that brings structure and accuracy to complex contract-based billing, ensuring service companies invoice all the work defined in their contracts and stop losing revenue.

Introducing Reviful

Service companies often operate with complex contracts and fragmented delivery across teams, projects, and timelines. Despite this, invoicing is still largely handled manually. As complexity increases, it becomes difficult to track what has actually been delivered against what has been agreed — and as a result, revenue is left unbilled.

Reviful addresses this problem by automating billing based on contract terms and actual work delivered. The platform ensures that invoicing reflects what has been agreed and what has taken place, without relying on manual checks.

The platform connects contract terms with actual operational activity — an area that is typically fragmented and difficult to manage, especially when billing logic depends on multiple moving parts. This is where revenue is most often lost.

The value is clear. Companies reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and ensure that revenue they have already earned is not left behind. Billing becomes more reliable and less dependent on individual processes.

Founder’s comment

“Service companies still spend hours every week on manual invoicing, and they lose revenue because complex contracts and operations mean billable work often goes uninvoiced. I have seen this with my own eyes in service companies, and it’s the reason we started Reviful. Our goal is to eventually make billing invisible. Gorilla Capital’s pragmatic, grounded approach to building companies fits well with how we want to build Reviful.”

Gorilla’s view

“At Gorilla we pay close attention to how teams learn from their customers and how they turn that learning into execution. What stood out with Reviful is the team’s discipline in narrowing down a messy, complex problem into something solvable, and building towards it step by step. This kind of disciplined, step-by-step building is how durable companies are created,” says Teemu Huhtala from Gorilla Capital.
