Sponsor Capital has become the new majority owner of Velox in a transaction completed on 6 October 2026, to support the company’s growth and development. The company’s current management, Eeva Ylimartimo and Markus Autio, will continue with the company and as significant shareholders.
Founded in 2002 and based in Tuusula, Velox Logistiikka Oy is Finland’s leading marketing logistics company. Velox handles warehousing, order picking and delivery of its customers’ marketing and campaign materials efficiently through its digital service platform.
