Gorilla Capital invests in Amplifiles
Gorilla Capital Fund III has made its 61st investment in Amplifiles — a software company that turns real estate listing photos into finished marketing videos.
Video sells homes, but for most listings it has been out of reach. A high-end property gets a film crew; a typical home gets twenty photos, because producing video for every listing has simply been too expensive and slow. Agents and photographers know video performs — the economics just haven’t worked at the level of an ordinary listing.
Amplifiles closes this gap by working from material that already exists. Agents, photographers and brokerages upload the photos from a shoot they have already done and get back a complete listing video with voice-over, captions and branding — in every format required for MLS (the listing databases agents publish through) and social media. No film crew, no editing work, no new shoot.
This makes video a standard part of marketing every listing, not a luxury reserved for the most expensive ones.
Amplifiles already serves real estate professionals across North America, Europe and Oceania.
