A’ Pelago Initiative 2026

A’Pelago Initiative 2026 takes place on August 19–20, 2026, at Ruissalon Telakka in Turku.

This international event unites innovators, investors, researchers, policymakers, and community leaders dedicated to restoring and strengthening our seas and coastal regions.

The theme of the event, “We Are the Ocean,” highlightes that real change begins with people who care, connect, and create. It emphasizes the crucial role of collaboration, marine innovation, and sustainable business solutions in addressing global challenges such as climate change, biodiversity loss, and the energy transition.
